Food is at the heart of Climate Farm School

Sitting around a table, connecting, and sharing food that nourishes us and restores ecosystems is central to the future we envision, and a key part of the Climate Farm School experience.

During our core courses, participants join a resident farm-to-table chef in preparing dinner for the group. Our chefs are both educators - sharing their culinary knowledge, and learners - exploring their creativity and the local food system in a way most restaurants cannot allow. Regenerative principles are reflected in their nightly menus, and the questions they grapple with as they strive to source local, ecological, and delicious ingredients are often a topic of conversation at the dinner table.
